I have searched the forums for help on cloning a DATA dvd (or Cd for that matter) but so far all i have found is info on copying movie dvd's...I am looking for a program that will let me clone a Program DVD that I have to make a backup copy. Can anyone suggest a good program?

I tried using the Disk Utility but once it ripped it the image was over 6 gigs and I can't figure out how to burn it to a new disk...do I compress it as if it were a media dvd?
is there a program that will rip the data to an image that is already compressed?

Thanks!!

Although the following guide is made for video DVDs, you can apply it for data CD/DVDs too.

If your source DVD is 6.7GB big, you need a dual layer (DL) DVD to burn it to. I don't know about the compression issue though.
