Copying files from a MacBook Pro to an external drive

I want to copy 75GB of storage from my 2019 13inch MacBook Pro to a Seagate backup drive. It mostly contains Microsoft PowerPoint and Word documents and Music videos. I know it mostly varies in the sizes of the files and the speed, but can someone tell me approximately how long it will take me to do it?
