Copying iPhone4 playlists to PC

Hi All,

I have a huge music collection on my iPhone4 and created many playlists on my iPhone4 (i know, i should have done that on my pc/itunes and copied it to iPhone4). Is there any way to copy those playlists (i created on my iPhone 4) to itunes on my PC, so that i can copy them to an iPod touch i recently bought.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
