iPod touch copying itunes to a new pc, sorry i know this has been asked for before

i’ve searched the forum for this as i know i’ve seen this being asked for before but couldn’t find it

i’m getting a new pc and want to copy my itunes library to it, my setup at the moment is like this

itunes is installed onto my c drive (c:\program files\itunes) but all the music/photos are stored on an external hdd (m:\ipod\music & m:\ipod\photos)
both machine will be running vista ultimate but the new pc is running vista 64bit
