Copying iWeb sites between macs.... help

I set up a website on iWeb for my parents a while back. My parents now have also have a mac and would like to host the site on their .mac and hence copy it to thei PC. Does anyone know if this is possible and if som how do I do it?

You need to copy ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb/Domain.sites
