Copying Mail settings to new computer

I would like to copy my mail and account setups from my iMac to my MacBook. When I tried this once before by copying the /~user/Library/Mail folder over, it didn't bring the account setups with it and I had to reconfigure Mail manually. Is there another file I need to copy over?

You'll need the Mail preferences as well.

Library>Preferences>com.apple.mail.plist
