Good morning everyone.

I recently copied some music/media files from iTunes on my iMac over to my Samsung Galaxy S2 phone. I simply plugged the phone into the Mac with a regular USB cable and a white icon appeared on the top right of the home screen with 'media device' (I think). Anyway, I simply dragged and dropped the files I wanted from iTunes onto the media device icon and hey presto, the files appeared in my music folder on the phone. Easy.

However, if I try this again, the media device icon doesn't appear on the home screen so I've got nowhere to drag and drop the media files in to. The phone it self says 'connected as a media device' so I know we're all hooked up OK. Where has the device icon gone?

As far as I know, I haven't changed any settings on either the 'phone or the Mac and the files I am copying are not write protected.

Any help gratefully received.
