Hi All,

I ahve June 2009 UMBP running Snow Leopard. Can someone give me an idiots step by step guide on how I can make a copy of the photo's in my iphoto collection and put them on a blank DVD? I have tried copy & paste but this leaves a small "tick" at the bottom corner of each pic and I am not sure what this means?

Many Thanks,

Bazzy!

2 ways. make a album in iphoto then once in the folder with all the pictures you can burn the album to create a iphoto cd. it will orriginal sized files in it. but will auto play on a mac.

or make a folder on your desktop drag the pictures into it and burn that folder.

i am sure there are more ways but these are the quick and dirty ways i could think of.

1. Insert the media you want to write to. (CD/DVD)
2. Open iPhoto. Choose the Photos/Albums you want to write out.
3. Select File->Export...
4. Choose your media as the destination and hit oK
5. Open the icon for the media that you wrote to.
6. There should be a button at the top right of Finder labeled 'Burn'. Click it.
7. You are done.
