just got a new ibook...totally new to using macs and i was wondering how i can copy everything that is on my ipod into the iTunes music folder? anyone know?

Edit: wow, I must type faster! If you've got the music on your computer you can also drag the music file onto your iPod, plug it into your iBook and drag it off, without the need to import it.

that was easy (with ipod rip).. call me stupid but i was trying to set up a network with my pc using the ethernet cable from my xbox just so i could transfer the music. Why isnt this feature built into iTunes?!?!?

Because it would make it too easy to take you iPod to a friend's house and give him or her 20 GB of music in a few minutes.
