Copying two different path

i have 300gb data on my 13 late rMBP desktop folder.i would like to copy this one thunderbolt drive and Usb 3.0 drive but never does the same time.gotta wait until first one finishes.isnt SSD fast enough to copy those paths at the same time? Thunderbolt device speed 100mb/sec Usb 3.0 drive is 80s.
internal ssd is 800mb..
