Core Animation Demo

Alright I'm working on a huge video presentation for our graduating class in May. I'd like to do the effect that apple used as the Core Animation Demo at WWDC 2006 but I'm not sure how to go about this. I have Leopord from Developer Connection but I cannot find this sample file. Any suggestions?
