iOS Core Data

Hi everyone. I am about 1/5th through a course on Core Data right now, and I was wondering how many of you actually use core data in your apps as opposed to other database or storage systems? What are the situations in which you would employ core data, or other persistence/database systems?

I use coredata for all my storing needs. Its a little rough to pickup but its cake now that I have it down. Works really well with objective-c so thats nice too.
