Core m3 slow archiving on XCode

Hello, I am using the 2016 Core M3 Macbook to work with Xcode and it takes a lot of time to archive projects, much more than my old 2012 13'' Macbook Pro with an SSD.

Does anyone experience the same? Is this due to the performance of this computer?
