CorePlayer on a G3?

Wondering if anyone on the forum who has CorePlayer has ever tried it out on a G3. I can't find any spec requirements for it, and the other day a friend asked if it would work for him and I didn't have a clue. My last G3 (Blue and White with the 1 ghz ZIF upgrade and 1 GB of RAM) went to a non profit on the insistence of she who must be obeyed, sadly.
