coretime.ips bug?

Do you mean a once a day entry in the logs? I think it started showing up since iOS 8.3 came out pretty much for everyone. Perhaps 8.4 will resolve it. Beyond that, not much that can be done it would seem, and not much of an effect of any sort that seems to come from it aside from it being logged essentially.
