Correct method for creating IPP printers to Mac server 10.8

Hi all

Does anyone have any links they can share for details on configuring Mac printers using IPP to Mac Server 10.8.

I used the standard conventional method but alas every time i print it goes to pause in the print queue.

Bump

I too have this problem. I cannot get the IPP printer to print. Each time I print a document it pauses the queue for the printer and my printing is interrupted. I have tried printing different documents from different applications including text edit. Any help would be awesome!!! Thanks, guys!
