iOS Correct way to GeoLocate - Apple approved???

Hi..

Trying to avoid the wrath of Apple , in regards to geo-location-ing my app.

Is the basic requester from CCLocationManager enough ?

"App would like to use your current Blah blah.. requester.. "

What is the proper "apple approved" way to implement this???

Also when I have several objects that need location information.
but I don't want to have six-eight instances of the "myLocationFinder"
hanging around. What's the best way to deal with this.. So apple doesn't think I'm stalking their users.

When app starts get location. hold it in a variable ? but when do I stop looking?
