I have a iphone 3GS that was running on iOS 3.1.
I tried updating to 4.3.3 recently using snowbreeze to create a customer firmware update. Then using tinyumbrella and iTunes, I restored the iPhone. The process seemed to finish and I saw a huge string of stuff pop up in the tinyumbrella log for the shsh. However, after the update was done, my phone was still stuck in DFU mode with iTune immediately asking for the phone to be restored again.
After trying all the previous versions with tinyumbrella, I gave up and try to restore to the latest firmware, 4.3.5, without tinyumbrella; however, I got a message saying my phone isn't eligible for the update!?
I then manually looked up my ECID using the apple systemprofiler under the USB devices. I typed that value into tinyumbrella, and tinyumbrella isn't even able to grab the latest shsh blob for 4.3.5.
Is my completely bricked?
If anyone wants to try and get a shsh blob for me, my ECID is 000000517A0E750D
Thanks
