Corrupt DVD need File!

I am making a resume for a friend and burned the mov file on the dvd and now the file won't copy to my finder, it just hangs in every program I use to open it.

Then my macbook freezes. I tried to use Isobuster on my PC and the DVD just shows as blank, is there a Mac version to extract files from a corrupt dvd?

I really need to know soon, I was suppose to put this file online around an hour ago!

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Help!
