I didn't know where to go with this problem.

i'm on a basic white macbook with a 1tb external WD My Book.

I've got windows 7 64x on a bootcamp partition, and Leopard. The external hard drive is formatted in NTFS and i'm running Paragon NTFS in mac to access the files. My media collection is quite large, and i noticed something a few days ago.

In Mac, When i moved a 4 gig .m2ts video file from my downloads into videos, it didn't take right away, made the icon in the folder i was moving from a blank page icon, it disappeared when i right clicked and went to file information. and the file didnt appear in the destination folder until like a minute later. What came out in the destination folder was the file, but i couldnt play it, delete it, or move it (some weird error). It happened again today with another file so i got scared that the Paragon NTFS was doing this so i hopped over to windows. In windows i went to delete the file and i got an error, when i try and open the files my mouse pointer glitches out. It's still glitching out. i looked into recent files i've downloaded and all the big ones are corrupt like this.

I've tried some unlocker program in windows to try and delete, didn't work. I don't know what's going on, and i think it might be spreading slowly. I don't know if it's a virus, i dont know if it's paragon ntfs, i just dont know. any help here would be appreciated. I'm going to lose sleep over this.
