Ok my sister has moved alot of fonts from Tech onto our home computer and when I open MS Word (ugh one day I will switch fully to Pages) I now get about 10-15mins worth of "The font ______ is corrupt and should be removed"

The fonts are turned off in Font Doctor, is there a way around this?

You can verify (repair?) fonts by visiting Font Book. Select all fonts and go to File > Validate Fonts. I've never had a corrupted font before so I'm not sure if it repairs it. Hope that helps.
