Corrupt screen when plugged in and charging

Any ideas what this is, I recently had my logic board replaced as it kept crashing. I took it back and they said nothing wrong?

Clean install and reset SMC and PRAM has no effect. I think its the graphics card which of course is soldered to the motherboard?

It has just happened even when not being charged too!

Looks graphics card related. If the Logic Board was recently replaced I would get it replaced again under warranty assuming the place you purchased it from warrants their repairs.
