iPod touch Corrupted 4.2 Update?

When I try to update to 4.2, after downloading, it says the download was corrupted and to disconnect/reconnect the iPod and check my network. I've tried 3 times already- any suggestions? Or will I have to have the geniuses at the Apple store update my iPod Touch? By the way, it's a 4G 32 GB running 4.1.And yeah, I do have iTunes 10.1.

Server overload with everybody updating.

Just wait until the later evening hours or tomorrow morning.
