iPod Corrupted Mpeg4

Hey,
I have been using Handbrake to convert some of my DVD's on to my new iPod video. But lately whenever I try to do it it Handbrake freezes up at 100% and then the .mp4 file says that it is corrupted. It used to work. What is wrong now?
