Heya

Need help

I have tried to contact the developer for the past 2 days,nada zip nil...

Bought Cosmopod via MU Promo.

Anyway here the issue,the prog work fine but after conversion it becomes approximately half of the original size.

Did anyone who used this software face the same problem?

So you are saying that the app works like it should but you are concerned with the half size videos that it produces? Can you play these without problems? If you can, then I wouldn't worry.
You can always change the way that CosmoPod converts video by entering the preferences for CosmoPod. Easy peasy.

Edit: Window -> CosmoPod - lower right corner for preferences.

Heya

Well the video size is a big deal for me.

I have edited the preferences,but they just dont work.
Or maybe i just dont know enough.
that why i tried to contact the developer but ..NIL.

Thus i came to here,the best apple website ever....and the best people..LOL

Anyway,i played with the setting but all the videos are half the size.
I was hoping to leverage on using elgato turbo,that why i dumped Videobox.

And one thing i realised is that adjusting the preferences is not real time.You need to restart Safari for it to take affect.
