So, right now it costs $250 to replace the current iPhone (if you have a cracked screen or something). Does anyone know if this price will change due to the release of the 3G. And will they even still have the old iPhone available?
 
Yes they will have the Gen.1 for at least 6 months. No one could possibly answer on the pricing but probably fall to $199.
