Spilled a little water on my trackpad several days ago and the trackpad is acting erratically.

How much would a replacement typically run at the genius bar?

Very expensive. But honestly I don't know. It's cheaper to get the part from eBay and swap it yourself.
 
It should be around $200 if that is the only damage. I'm basing this on a rough estimate they gave me if my own issue turned out to be the trackpad on a cmbp. As I suspected, it was actually a swollen battery rather than the trackpad itself. If liquid made it to your logic board, it would be a lot more. Assuming you got lucky this time, consider keeping liquids as far away as possible.
