hi Im intrested in making movies in imovie I'm not a professional or anything and i pretty much just want to goof around.....so my question is whats the cheepest I can get a digital video recorder thats mac compatible and easy to use with imovie?

Cheapest i've seen is 300 dollars. Get one with firewire thats MiniDV... im sure there is another thread like this somewhere.. search around and good luck! iMovie is a great program
