At Costco right now. Noticed 100 off on the new mini until December 2nd 2024.

I know so soon could not believe it either. Thought it was the older model. Good deal. The only thing is Apple does not price match Costco.

So if I get the mini from Costco I have to sell the old mini I have on eBay or something. It's an M1 256gb SSD and 8gb ram. Apple says 230 right now.

eBay will probably not be more than 300. Since 200 or 300 more and you got a new one. Would anyone even give more than 230. Probably not.

There is edu pricing too but I am not a student.

It amazes me that Apple is paying top dollar for a 2020 Mac Mini M1.
Usually they pay less than anyone. That said BuyBackWorld is paying $200
for your model in excellent condition. Seems to me that it is a no brainer getting an M4 Mac Mini for $200.

It's worth mentioning that Costco's sale specifically states "while supplies last". That's not hype designed to get
you to buy. They really do have a limited number that will be available at the sale price. Snooze you lose!

Probably the best price we'll see for quite awhile. I also 'took advantage' but since I'd already purchased the M4 mini last week from Best Buy I asked them to honor the Best Buy+ price guarantee and received back $50.

That's the same as edu price. Many just bought from the edu store at launch since Apple doesn't check edu credentials in the US unless you buy in-store.

I'm in Canada and actually qualify for edu pricing, but even if I didn't, I'd still buy from the edu store. Just sayin'...

How is it 200. 600-230 is 370. And 100 off edu would be 270. Not 200. Where are you getting 200 from?

I'm definitely buying one soon, but waiting to see if Apple will throw in a $100 gift card for Black Friday. They did for their back to school sale, $100 off with .edu plus a $100 gift card.

Here in the UK the mini isn’t part of the gift card deal, it’s only MacBook Airs.

Apple just announced it, and yes only MacBook Air gets a gift card as far as Macs go. I dug up last year's deal and the Mac mini did get a $100 gift card. That would be too good for this hot new mini. $100 off is still very good for a new model. I will just purchase from Costco or Apple edu.
