hello all,

I've been doing extensive research to see if there is a couch 2 five k app that I can use on my Apple Watch 2 together with my EarPods. I don't want to take my iPhone 7+ running with me for obvious reasons. All the apps I've seen have a version for the Apple Watch but they need the iPhone with them at all times

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
