Is there any sleuth up to the challenge of unraveling this mystery of vanishing storage?

I have an iPhone 6 with (unfortunately) a mere 16GB of storage. Yes, I would have liked 64GB but with my current financial situation I have to save money where I can. Let's not forget, with an upgrade, the 64 is 50% more expensive than the 16. I wish Apple, for once, were less margins conscious and let us frugal folk enjoy the iPhone 6 to its fullest by starting the iPhones at 32GB of storage. Oh well.

Anyway, I've become ever vigilant of the amount of storage I am using. What I've noticed lately is that my available storage continuously decreases by a tenth of a gigabyte everyday. The trouble is, I don't know what is causing this to happen. I haven't downloaded any apps lately, I have no photos on my phone and I've cleaned up my conversations -- yet my phone keeps hemorrhaging 100 megs of data everyday. I've looked in "manage storage" and the data sum of everything listed is always less what I've lost from the capacity.

Any ideas? I usually stream music from Spotify for an hour everyday. Could documents/caches in the app be the culprit?

Any help would be appreciated.
