Could I clean install & use migration asst. to get programs/files from Time Capsule?

This is probably a basic question with an obvious answer...

I want to install Snow Leopard, but I've heard a clean install is best. If I did that, would I be able to transfer back my software and files from a Time Capsule backup?

Or would a regular install of Snow Leopard be OK?

All/any advice welcome!

Yes, you can. Don't do it wireless though, it would take ages. Hook it to you Mac with ethernet cable
