Could I install OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard) on my PC

I recently got a MacBook Pro and I love OSX now, I was wondering could I install it on my pc? Would it be legal? I've heard it runs really sluggish when it's installed on PCs?
Here's my PC spec:
Intel i7 920 @ 4GHz
Asus P6TD Deluxe MoBo
6Gb corsair dominator @ 1.8Ghz
nVidia GTX 260
2 OCZ vertex 30gb ssd's in RAID0
500GB samsung HDD 7200RPM
