Could I sell Aperture software if it's registered?

I bought Aperture 2.1.4, loaded it on my MacBook Pro and foolishly registered it before deciding if I liked the product. In a few days I knew it was something I didn't want. (I have since gone to Photoshop Elements 8 and love it.)

My question: I'd like to sell the Aperture software and an accompanying user manual as a package on eBay. Can I do so since it has been registered? How can I "unregister" it so it can be sold?
