I bought a brand new 13 Inches Retina Macbook Pro a few days ago.
I didn't have enough time to use it much yet but on 3 or 4 occasions,I noticed after closing an app window,a graphical residue (in form of a line) stayed on the screen.
This would disappear once I touch the trackpad or press a key.
does anyone have any idea what the issue is?
Is it sign of a faulty graphic chipset or the screen?
should I return the Macbook to Apple?
I tried so many times to replicate the issue by constantly opening/ closing app windows but it did not happen, however this evening,it randomly happened again when I closed an image on preview.
