could not be moved to the trash because a miscellaneous error occurred (OSStatus -1407).

Hi,

Im not sure when this started, but anytime I install a program, and macOS asks to delete the installer, this warning comes up.

Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of it or fix whatever is causing it?
