Over the last couple of days we have found at least 3 little Brownish Grey Beetle's (pics below). We have perversely brought a bonsai tree from a garden center but that was 3 weeks ago and there were no visible signs of any kind of eggs on the tree. Any ideas on what this could be and how they got into are apartment would be great.

sorry if the pics are a bit poor the cam on my Blackberry isn't to good

(Shakeing my head) I should have realised that I was leaving myself open for these kind of comments lol.

Thanks surley :)

Surely is really not that surly. :)

You’d make it easier to identify if you retook the pics and had the camera MUCH closer with some better light. Why do you want to know, BTW?

Yeah I've just noticed a few spelling errors sorry it was quite late and I was in shut down mode. But back to the Beetles we (me and my gf) kept noticing these bug's appearing only about 3 of them thoughout the week. We didn't know where they were coming from, we did think that maybe the beetles had come from the bonsai tree we had bought about two weeks ago. It turns out that they had come from another house plant which had recently had most of it leave's fall off for no real reason. I emailed a British Beetle specialist who identified it as a Vine Weevil they eat the plants roots and kill it slowly which explains the leave's falling off so we disposed of it by throwing it out the window.
