My wife and I share a 27" iMac and I've installed our HP Photosmart C4280 printer but for some reason I cannot print using Microsoft Word on my account but I can print on her user account.
I've went into the drivers setup and made sure it prints a test page, which it does but Word will not print on my user account.
I get a message in Word saying:
"Word could not communicate with the printer.
There are several possible reasons:
*Your printer or its driver may not be setup correctly or there may be a problem with the network connection. You may need to adjust your printer settings.
*There may be a bad connection between your computer and printer."
Like I said printing on my wife's user account using Word or anything else works flawlessly, but on my user account I can print using everything except Microsoft Word.
