Could someone post pictures of LaCie Rugged Hard Disk? I want to see how it looks like without rubber bumper. Also would be nice to see what is inside.

I am looking to buy external 2.5 inch hard drive (or enclosure) with firewire 400, 800 and usb ports and it seems it is the only inexpensive option as others runs about $100 just for enclosure.

Thanks!

Thanks, I did the same search before, but all you get is just a bunch of low quality renderings. On Flickr you can see better ones, but I couldn't find any pictures without bumpers and disassembled ones. My question is how easy to replace internal hard drive inside- is it screws, tabs or both what holds it together? What chip is inside?

here is one from flicker, so everyone will know what I am talking about:

If you want something that can have its drive swapped in and out, get a 2.5 inch 1/8h (how deep it is) hard drive, and an enclosure. It's a great size, and means you can get a lot of disk space for a little money.
Sorry I don't have any pictures!
