i couldnt find any original twitter post that linked to the image though, just many idevice jailbreak blogs that seem to have started this. i would take this with a grain of salt until something better comes up.

I posted that rumor in another thread and a couple of people said they thought it was fake. Allegedly, however, some people in another board said they did see this very briefly in comex' Twitter feed. If it were to happen, it would happen in a few hours - that time corresponds to 11:17am Pacific Time.
It's fake --- anyone who subscribed to comex's twitter feed by SMS (a lot of people) would have gotten the message on their phones --- there is no way to retract it at that point, even if you delete it from your feed.
Having said that, it does look like comex is close, so hopefully soon.

looks like it is online now! unfortunately only good up to 4.0.1, so i'm screwed, but evidently works on ipad 2
