iPod touch Could the new 32/64gb be the ipod 2,2?

I remember seeing ipod 2,2 in this photo and i'm wondering if the new 32gb and 64gb could be it and maybe 3,1 is still not out yet?

i would not call it 3G!!!! at all!!!!!!!

even the 8GB that the online apple store is selling, is just an updated version with a 3.1 OS!

only the 32 and 64GB are 50% faster, but that is it.......

I would think the iPod 2,2 is the 8GB model. Apple probably regards the 32/64GB versions as new enough to be 3,1.
