i had a "classic" MBP and used a DVI>HDMI cable and then would use an RCA>3.5mm (or whatever the headphone jack is) to get sound. It worked, but not pretty.

I wanna get a new TV that has wireless built in :)

or would it be better to use a mini dvi to vga adapter?
best way to get sound from mac to tv?
