I've got "Holiday Shipping" so I'm not worried it'll be here Friday. Sure beats waiting in line (did that for the iPhone 4 and was disappointed that I missed both the preorder window and the chance at getting one after waiting 5 hours in line). Never again

That's exactly what's happening for the apple.ca orders... We don't have any idea of where our phones are.
