Couldn't get back up from iOS7 beta onto GM version

When I was on the beta for iOS7 I was doing my regular back up's but when my phone updated to the GM iOS7 version I couldn't get my old back up back, so currently I am on the back that I did right before I went onto the iOS7, Is there a way I can retrieve the latest back up from when I was on my beta? Or is it gone forever?
