The question is pretty simple, now that we all know that Steam is comming to mac, and that they will port games like Team forteress 2 portal or halflife 2 to mac.

I don´t own any of those game simply because I don´t have a pc, and even if I went to the trouble to do a windows partition on my mac, I am not sure my hardwarwe would allow it. ( Macbook the black version i do not know my spec by hart)

So, do you know/think/have heard/guess that valve is gona port the old games to like CS 1.6 ? wich i might be able to run on my mac, and wich i own...

i wouldn't see why not... 1.6 doesn't take up as much resources as portal or hl2... and if you think of it... css comes with hl2 what more if hl and 1.6?

BTW, I've BC'd W7 just for steam and 1.6 and CSS run amazingly on my MBP 2.5Ghz 4GRam...

Yea I have no doubts that it runs quite good on a MBP
I have some doubts that with the graphic card performance of my MB :(.

Hmm, possible. Counter strike 1.6 used the old half-life engine, so that would be more difficult to port over. CS:Source would be much more likely
