Country specific App pricing?

Hey

Is there now a country specific App prices in the App Store ? ... none of the Price drops in the US Store today are reflected in the India Store ... example Mass Effect Game for iPad is .99 in the US today - still 4.99 in India and 3 pounds in UK ... previously any price drop would get reflected imm. on the India store its been 8 hours still no drop :( :( :(
