I just picked up a $99 canon A470 for times when I dont feel like dragging around my old 20D. Holy closeup! I was not expecting this. Do all point and shoots these days have really strong macro capability? Pics are of a penny and the bottom of a Pentium4 CPU

pretty good for a PnS, and dont worry i still have my old Canon Powershot A series camera and its still bomb. its about 4 years old and still kicks the crap out of my newer sony cybershot PnS,
too bad the focus on the certain objects arent as good but, overall i like those picuters! near DSLR quality
