couple of quick questions re:ZiPhone

a while ago I used ziphone to jailbreak my iPhone on 1.1.4. I wasn't privy to all the horrible things that ziphone could do at the time, or I wouldn't have used it. Since then, my phone has been restored to legit 1.1.4 and then pwned on 2.0 and 2.0.1, and is now running legit 2.0.2. My phone came with 1.1.1 on it, so i know my bootloader wasn't downgraded by ziphone, but is there anything else that ziphone did that would persist after several upgrades and full restores.
