Couple Problems - Writing to NTFS, Seeing Partitions, Brightness,

Ok, Problem 1: The brightness keys have randomly stopped working when in Windows. How do I fix this?

Problem 2: I installed MacFuse and NTFS-3G and can see the Untitled BootCamp Partition, but can't write to it.

Problem 3: I shrunk the Mac partition to create some more space I could share between windows and mac in NTFS, but the partition just shows up as Free Space from the mac point of view. How do I mount it?
