Hi, I'm fairly new to Macs and am trying to get networking running smoothly between my Windows PC's and my iMac. I followed the steps here and got it to automatically mount the drives on startup, but what i DON'T want is for the folders to open in a finder window every time i boot up, i just want them to be available when i need them. I clicked the checkbox that is supposed to hide them, but both pc's still popup in finder on every boot. How can i remedy that?

Also is there any way to have the Mac acknowledge hidden windows folders, so I'm not seeing all the system folders and stuff when i browse the Windows PC's?

Thanks
